When I try to install tetra4D Converter I get the following message.

Setup has detected that Tetra4D Converter is currently running.
Please close all instances of it now, then click OK to continue, or Cancel to exit.

I have not installed yet how can it be running?

Thank you for your message. I have not heard of this issue occurring before, but sounds like there is the possibility of multiple instances running. My suggestion would be to completely uninstall all Tetra4D software, then perform a fresh installation. Also please be sure that you do not have two versions of Acrobat professional running.
