License Server is not running

Hey Users,

I do have a question. I just installed the trial version for the Tetra4D Converter. Every time when I open Adobe Acrobat Pro, a message is shown with the text: ‘License Server is not running. You Cannot use Tetra4D Converter.’

Is there any possibility to solve this problem (e.g connect with the License Server manually,…)?

Thank you for your post. We occasionally see issues similar to what you are describing. This is an issue from Microsoft that has been fixed in one of their updates. We have a solution for any user who experiences this issue, but you must contact support directly.

Please go to Learning | Tetra4D and create a ticket. Our support team will deliver a package for the fix that will allow you to install the license manager and begin your trial, or continue with the purchased version.
