In Adobe Acrobat Reader, there is no Tetra4D icon, only in Pro version.

you may install a trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC (not the reader) first and then install the Tetra 4d trial version.
Alternatively you can create 3D PDFs with the included 3D reviewer directly. You find the program file under
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat 2017\Acrobat\plug_ins\3DPDFConverter\3DReviewer.exe”
