# Convert CREO family tables

Hello,  
Our customer uses family tables in their Creo files so multiple instances of certain parts live inside the asm/prt files. These are not well converted (=not present) into 3D PDF via the Tetra4D Converter. Anyone an idea if we can change a setting, or if they should do something to make this work?

Hello,

For what I know about Creo files, you need to have the CAD file + accelerator files (XPR/XAS) to allow the conversion of the part.
