TETRA4D reviewer retro compatibility acrobat 9 pro extended with acrobat 3D reviewer

Hello,
i used previously acrobat 9 pro extended with acrobat 3D reviewer. My company is still using it.
3D pdf created from acrobat 3D reviewer can be loaded by TETRA4D reviewer.
But in opposite way, 3D pdf created by TETRA4D reviewer can’t be read by Acrobat 3D reviewer.
it’s strange as Techsoft 3D bought thi 3D pdf technology without warning about compatibility between 3D pdf generator software.
Can you confirm there is no compatibility between 3D pdf generated by acrobat 3D review & 3D pdf generated by TETRA4D reviewer?

Hello Atz91,

Can you try with 3D PDF created by Tetra4D Converter (the Acrobat Pro plug-in) ?

Please note that old versions of 3D PDF Converter / Reviewer (<2015) are deprecated and not tested anymore.

You may want to try different “3D Format in PDF” options in the 3D DPF export setting.
