If you have received a 3D PDF file and are unable to get results from exporting CAD data, more than likely someone sent you this PDF, or used a free 3D PDF exported. Many free 3D PDF creators use a limited “U3D” or “Universal 3D” format. This format does not include properties, metadata, PMI, but most importantly it does not contain any tessellated precise geometry (B-Rep). If you are receiving these results, we suggest to use Tetra4D Converter to convert the native data using one of the PRC settings, then export the to a neutral format, such as STEP.
