I am using Rhino5 and have the following problem:
When I use Rhino’s dimensioning/labelling tool and import it into TETRA, nothing is displayed. If I split the dimension/label into individual lines, each line is listed in the part list. However, the entire dimension/label should be on one layer and not be listed in the part list.

How do I create the dimension/label in Rhino ?

Thank you for your post. Towards the bottom of the product pages you will see a list of supported formats which includes Rhino (3DM). However, today our tools do not have support to translate the PMI or annotations coming from this format.
