Hello, I installed the trial version of Acrobat Pro then Tetra4D trial and it’s not showing in Acrobat. I de-installed both and start fresh with no success.

For all new installs, please verify that the Adobe Acrobat Pro setting in Edit → Preferences → Security (Enhanced) → “Enable Protected Mode at startup ” is OFF. Then restart Acrobat. This setting prevents most third-party plug-ins from working correctly.

No need to reinstall Tetra4D after turning off the Acrobat Pro setting.
Could you share a screenshot of your Acrobat Pro version from “Help → About Acrobat Pro” ?

I finally get the program working but I get this message when opening an AutoCAD dxf file.

We note that reinstalling Acrobat Pro solved you your issue. You probably had the non-Pro version installed.
