When I open a file saved from Catia V5R30, the file is empty, so I can’t work on it (I have to export it in IGS or STEP from Catia if I want to work with Tetra 4D Reviewer later).
Is there a solution?

Have you verified your Tetra4D version ? (Tetra4D menu → About Tetra4D)
CATIA V5 R30 is supported since Tetra4D 2021 SP1.
You may want to open a Tetra4D Support Ticket for further review of your file.
