Does anyone else have an issue with a lag time after clicking a button or selecting a view from the carousel in a 3D PDF created with Enrich? I set up some buttons with activations to hide or show or isolate a part and there can be a lag of 3 seconds or more after I click the button to when the action happens. I tried this fix with no results:
The 3D PDFs I output without Tetra4D products do not have this sort of lag, so it makes me think the issue either lies with something I am doing wrong with Enrich/Converter, or it’s a problem baked into the Tetra4D product.
Anybody have any ideas?
